A few of our sponsorships;
Sport is a way of life for so many Australians, either through participation as a spectator watching your favourite team on the weekend. Some of our well-known sports sponsorships include:
ANZ is an Associate Sponsor of the Australian Open. Held in Melbourne each January, the Australian Open is considered one of the world’s premier sporting events. Known as the Grand Slam of the Asia Pacific the Australian Open has a strong Australian heritage, as well as having widely recognised appeal as a regional event in New Zealand, the Pacific and Asia. ANZ will sponsor the Australian Open for 3 years from 2010.
In 2008, ANZ acquired a seven-year naming rights sponsorship of ANZ Stadium. The stadium is one of the world's great sporting and entertainment arenas and because of the 2000 Olympics, holds a unique place in the hearts of all Australians.
Australians are passionate about their sport and we see this partnership as a sign of ANZ's continuing commitment both to New South Wales and to all levels of sport in Australia and New Zealand.
In 2008 a new elite netball competition was launched - the ANZ Championship.
The ANZ Championship consists of 69 games played over 17 weeks across Australia and New Zealand.

ANZ is pleased to be supporting this leading sport for women's participation and we look forward to the continued growth of Netball across the Tasman as a result of the competition.
ANZ's involvement in women's golf reflects our commitment to excellence, diversity and acknowledging the strength and dedication of our athletes.
It also provides our junior athletes the opportunity to compete in international golf tournaments, of which only two are played in Australia.

The Archibald Prize in Sydney and regional NSW draws an annual audience over 150,000, which presents a significant opportunity for ANZ to showcase its new global brand.

In many ways it is probably still best understood as a celebration of Sydney and its style and energy; reflecting the confidence, diversity and vigour of one of the world's most beautiful cities.
For three weeks each January, the Festival offers a rich program of around 80 events involving upwards of 500 artists from Australia and abroad covering dance, theatre, music, visual arts, cross media and forums.
ANZ, in conjunction with the Victorian College of the Arts, School of Art created the ANZ Visual Arts Fellowship for final year students in the Graduate Diploma in Visual Art, Master of Visual Art and Master of Fine Art courses.
