To register for ANZ Internet Banking, you need a Customer Registration Number (CRN) and Telecode.

If you do not have a Customer Registration Number (CRN) and Telecode, please call 13 33 50 (international +61 3 9683 8833) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Report a lost or stolen card

Call 1800 033 844 (international +61 3 9683 7043) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Notify us immediately if:

  • your card has been lost, stolen or used by someone else; or
  • your PIN record has been lost, stolen or has become known to, or used by, someone else.
Change your credit limit
  • Log on to ANZ Internet Banking – select ‘Cards’ from the left-hand menu and then choose ‘Request to Change Credit Card Limit’;
  • Download and complete the Request credit card limit increase/decrease form (PDF 100kb) and return it to ANZ; or
  • Call 13 22 73 (international +61 3 9683 9999) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Update your details
  • Log on to ANZ Internet Banking – select ‘Update Details’ from the left-hand menu;
  • Call 13 13 14 (international +61 3 9683 9999) 24 hours a day, seven days a week; or
  • Visit any ANZ branch in Australia.

  • Log on to ANZ Internet Banking to order a replacement statement;

Transfer funds overseas
  • Log on to ANZ Internet Banking – select ‘International Services’ from the left-hand menu and then choose “Transfer Funds Overseas’;
